Plugin Manager » System - jQSmoothTop » Basic Options
Use jQuery noConflict: Load jQuery 1.10.2 from jQuery's CDN server or your own server. Select 'jQuery's CDN' to reduse the load on your server. May be a bit slower at times when their server is being hit hard. Select 'Local&' if you are less concerned about the load on your server but want more consistent load times. Select 'No' if jQuery (any version) will already be loading. The option 'jQuery's CDN' is not available in J3.0 and will default to 'Local'. Default is 'No'.
Link Text: Text Format Field Text as you would have it appear in jQSmoothTop, something like 'Scroll to Top'. Can be left blank if you are using a CSS background image and dont want text. Default is blank.
Link Title: Text Format Field Text as you would have it appear in the jQSmoothTop tool tip, something like 'Click Me'. Can be left blank don't want a tool tip. Default is blank.
Run in Admin: Do you want jQSmoothTop to appear in the administrator back end? This can be handy if you have long lists of articles or plugins. Default is 'No'.
Horizontal Alignment: Horizontal position where jQSmoothTop will appear. Default is 'Right'.
Horizontal Offset: Numeric Format Field Horizontal offset distance in pixels ('px') where jQSmoothTop will appear - has no effect if 'Center' is chosen in above option. Default is 50.
Vertical Alignment: Vertical position where jQSmoothTop will appear. Default is 'Bottom'.
Vertical Offset: Numeric Format Field Vertical offset distance in pixels ('px') where jQSmoothTop will appear. Default is 50.
Fade Position: Numeric Format Field Show jQSmoothTop after the page is scrolled to this pixel distance from the top. Setting this value to 0 will cause the image to always be visible. Setting this value to 1 will cause the image to become visible after the page is scrolled just 1 pixel. Default is 250.
Fade Speed: Numeric Format Field Duration of fading, in milliseconds (1000 = 1 second). Default is 500.
Fade Hover: This controls how transparent jQSmoothTop appears when the mouse pointer is hovering over it. 0.1 is almost invisible while 1 is completely opaque. Default is 1.
Fade Non-hover: This controls how transparent jQSmoothTop appears when the mouse pointer is not hovering over it. 0.1 is almost invisible while 1 is completely opaque. Default is 0.7.
Hang Distance: jQSmoothTop will slide up then back down this distance sort of like hanging it on a hook. Default is 10.
Hang Speed: Numeric Format Field Duration of 'hang' effect, in milliseconds (1000 = 1 second). Default is 200.
Scroll-to Position: Numeric Format Field Scroll to this vertical position in pixels from the top. 0 is top, 10 is 10px down from top. Useful if you have an image rotator with a menu below and that's where you want to end up. Also helps 'Back' and 'Elastic' effects work correctly. Default is 0.
Scroll Effect: Select from applicable jQuery Easing transition effects (easeInOut). Some transition effects (Back and Elastic) will not work correctly unless you set the 'Scroll To Position' (above) to some value greater than 0 because they could/would go beyond bounds of the vertical scroll bar. Default is 'easeInOutExpo'.
Scroll Duration: Numeric Format Field Duration for smooth scrolling, in milliseconds (1000 = 1 second). Default is 800.
Use Custom CSS: Enable the styles below. Disable if you plan to style jQSmoothTop using your template stylesheet. Default is 'Yes'.
Custom CSS: Text Area Format Field CSS Style for jQSmoothTop and uses the id #smoothtop and class .smoothtop. To use other arrow images, use up-arrow.gif, up-arrow-1.gif, up-arrow-2.gif, up-arrow-3.gif, up-arrow-black.gif, up-arrow-blue.gif, up-arrow-blue-light.gif, up-arrow-green.gif, up-arrow-green-dark.gif, up-arrow-grey.gif, up-arrow-dark.gif, up-arrow-orange.gif, up-arrow-purple.gif, up-arrow-red.gif and up-arrow-teal.gif.
